About Me

I'm a US Army Veteran and I've also been a Reiki master for over 11 years. For over 20 years I worked in the corporate world of Information Technology as a project manager, but also spent time reading, learning and healing. I recorded my own guided meditations for myself to heal and grow.

In 2023, my partner and I got a chance to stay in Costa Rica, where she is originally from for 2 months. Then after traveling to 12 different countries, we decided to live abroad and have been staying on a little farm in Costa Rica. Now we have chickens, ducks, dogs and a horse in a very small town surrounded by neighbors that use their land for farming or raising cows.

After being laid off from a corporate IT job, I decided to record meditations to share the same self healing and growth I experienced. I use natural noises from the beach, farm or the jungle as background sounds for my meditations.

At the moment I have 2 meditations in the store and plan to continue to create and record more.
